Each month, you'll receive a handwritten message, more like an affirmation, mindfully scripted in calligraphy, sealed, stamped and mailed to you. These words are chosen with intention, ensuring that they resonate with you personally and the collective at scale. 

Think of it as a pause in your month: a letter arriving in the mail with words that ground you, encourage you and remind you of what it truly means to be here in the present. Over time, these notes become a collection of affirmations you can return to whenever you need to.
